The Benefit Bridge/Employment Incentives Program is designed to help Allen County residents who have experienced a reduction in their public assistance achieve self-sufficiency through a combination of supportive services and a financial payout at the end of the 18-month program

Supportive Services

In addition to a range of supportive services, Benefit Bridge Program participants can earn up to a $3,000 incentive payout after 18 months, plus an additional $1,000 within the first 60 days!
